About Me

I’ve been married to Rebecca Sevachko Toman since 1981. We have four children, all of whom attended Western Reserve Schools. I’ve lived in Ellsworth since 1987 and reside at 9141 Herbert Rd. I’m a graduate of Ursuline High School and Youngstown State University, where I earned a BSAS in Criminal Justice (Law Enforcement Administration). I’m also a graduate of the Ohio Township Association’s Leadership Academy.

Work & Community

● In 1983, I founded Country Pantry and owned/operated it until 2006.

● In 1999, I opened Ace Hardware in Ellsworth, which I continue to own and operate.

Alongside my daily duties as Trustee, I launched and manage our township’s day-to-day communications to keep residents informed—especially important since the RoundUp newspaper was discontinued.
