About Me:

In April of 2015 the current Ellsworth Township Board of Trustees selected me to fulfill the remaining term of Ellsworth Township Fiscal Officer expiring March of 2016. This was due to the abrupt and sudden resignation of the previous Fiscal Officer. I was able to hit the ground running and immediately fulfill the fiscal needs of the Township.  In the 6 + months i've been in office i have established the very first" fiscal office" located inside our administration building as part of my desire to provide openness, and transparency for the residents of Ellsworth. All of the previous Fiscal Officers have maintained their offices at their residences. My wife Geri and I live at 11300 Leffingwell rd in Ellsworth, where we have resided for the last 5 years. I attended Austintown schools and graduated in 1977 from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. I retired in 2014 from Youngstown Orthopedics as the Practice Administrator. I had previously started a successful medical laboratory, and have taught at YSU. I currently serve as a Board Member and Treasurer of the United Methodist Community Center in Youngstown.

My office is located inside the Ellsworth Township Administration Building located at 6036 S. Salem Warren Rd,     (St Rt. 45, 1/3 rd mile North of Rt. 224) next to the Zoning inspector's office. My entrance is from inside the building. Hours are by appointment. I am frequently in my office and more than willing to discuss our Townships fiscal issues anytime.
